How do I pick the right size?
Measure your dog using the "Find the right size" guide on each product page. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one. Still unsure? Email us at hello@elderwag.com with your dog's breed and weight and we'll help.
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
We work with fulfillment partners in the US and overseas. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Every order includes a tracking number. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $45 or more. Orders under $45 ship for a flat $4.95.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — coming soon.
Can I wash the diapers, pads and socks?
Yes — all of them are machine washable. Each product page has a Care section with the best way to wash it.
Are your products a medical treatment?
No. Our products are designed to make daily life more comfortable for older dogs. For pain, mobility or incontinence concerns, always talk to your vet.
What if it doesn't fit?

When is my card charged?
Your payment is authorized at checkout and charged when your order ships.
Something went wrong with my order. What should I do?
Email hello@elderwag.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day and will send a replacement or refund if something isn't right.
